- BSc / Msc in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Predictive/Preventative Maintenance techniques.
- Incident Investigation and follow-up.
- Subject matter expert and trained in root cause failure analysis and corrective action. Improvement of reliability of rotating and fixed equipment, including the selection and design of mechanical seals, pumps, fans, blowers and material handling equipment. Equipment troubleshooting and testing.
- Experience with management of vibration analysis program.
- Statistical methods for failure analysis (Pareto, SPC/SQC, etc.).
- Prioritization of reliability problems and reliability risks.
- Budgets and financial data interpretation.
- Procurement process spare parts management.
- Basic corrosion identification, prevention and remediation.
- Development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
- Coaching of operations, maintenance and engineering team members to improve overall plant reliability.
